Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your She is Chosen journal. If you are not completely satisfied, here is how we can help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@sheischosen.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and personalisation reasons, used journals cannot be returned.

Sale items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
