When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 7–18 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your journal ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if my journal arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry — that’s not okay. Just email us at support@sheischosen.com with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement right away. No returns needed.
Can I return my journal?
Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please email us at support@sheischosen.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary by location. International orders typically arrive within 14–21 business days.
